2. Product privacy policies take precedence

If you are a user of one of our products, that product's privacy policy applies to your account and content. This company policy applies to this website and to general enquiries you send us.
3. Information we collect on this website
Information you give us
If you email us — as an investor, partner, journalist, applicant or customer — we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message. We keep this to reply and to maintain a record of the correspondence.
Information collected automatically
Our web server records standard technical information when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, HTTP status, referring page and browser user-agent. This is used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.

Our infrastructure is operated from data centres in India. Some service providers may process limited technical information outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
7. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and afterwards only where retention is required for legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period and then rotated out.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and separation between production systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but we treat security failures as serious incidents and act on them.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Write to info@reoninfrasoft.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. For product accounts, use the deletion route in that product's policy — for Shaadi Nest, see account deletion.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children. Our products have their own age requirements — Shaadi Nest is strictly 18+. See our Child Safety Policy.
