REON INFRASOFT LLP (LLPIN ACP-6873) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This standard applies to every product we operate, to our staff and contractors, and to anyone using our services.
This is a company-wide policy. Each product also publishes its own child safety standards:
1. Prohibited conduct and content
Across all Reon products, it is prohibited to create, generate, upload, request, share, promote, store or distribute content that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. This includes, without limitation:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, real or synthetic
- Sexualised depictions of minors, including stylised, animated or AI-generated depictions
- Grooming, sextortion, or attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor
- Sexual trafficking of children, or facilitating contact with a child for sexual purposes
- Misrepresenting one's age to access an adults-only service
2. Generative AI: an explicit standard
Cine Studio generates video. We treat the generation of prohibited material as no different from uploading it.
- Cine Studio may not be used to generate sexualised depictions of minors, whether or not a real child is involved
- It may not be used to produce sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent, and never of a minor under any circumstances
- Attempts to circumvent safety controls are themselves a violation and grounds for immediate termination
Synthetic material depicting a minor sexually is CSAM. It is treated as such, reported as such, and never excused as “not a real child”.
3. Age requirements
- Shaadi Nest is strictly an adults-only service. Users must be at least 18 years old. Every profile is verified with a mobile number and a selfie match against the profile photos.
- Cine Studio is intended for professional and adult creative use and is not directed at children.
4. Reporting
Anyone can report suspected child exploitation involving our products:
- In Shaadi Nest: use the in-app Report User feature
- By email: info@reoninfrasoft.com with the subject Child Safety Report
- Product-specific: support@shaadinest.vip
Please include enough detail for us to locate the account or content. Do not download, forward or redistribute suspected CSAM — describe it and give us the location instead.
5. How we respond
We review reports promptly. Depending on findings we may:
- Remove the content and restrict or disable the associated features
- Suspend or permanently terminate the account, and block the user from re-registering
- Preserve relevant records as evidence
- Report confirmed or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), to Indian law enforcement, and to any other authority required by applicable law
- Cooperate with lawful investigations
We act on credible reports even where a violation has not yet been confirmed, prioritising child safety over account continuity.
6. Internal accountability
A designated member of Reon's leadership is responsible for child safety compliance, for the handling of reports, and for statutory reporting obligations. Staff and contractors who encounter suspected CSAE material in the course of their work must escalate it immediately and must not copy or share it.

7. Legal framework
We comply with applicable Indian law, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology Act and rules made under it, alongside the child safety requirements of the platforms we distribute through.

We review this policy regularly. The effective date above reflects the current version.
